1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, tags, and any accessories.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns.

Customized or made-to-order products.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.

Socks and other hygiene-related products (if applicable).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our Customer Support via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Once approved, ship the product back to our return address (shared by customer support).

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days, via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges

We offer size or item exchanges if the product is in stock.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer (except in the case of defective or incorrect items).
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Share photos and details for verification.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
